Eileen Siebken hit the ground running at arvold. in May of 2016 and has been having a blast ever since. Since joining the arvold. team she has had the pleasure of working on everything from short form projects and searches to film and television.
Eileen has had a love for all things artistic ever since she was a little girl. Originally from Midland, TX, she has always been inspired by a community of people who love what they do. Her love of theater and entertainment began at a young age at Midland Community Theater and later in high school as a proud member of the Pickwick Players, for whom she served as Marketing Director for two years.
Eileen attended Washington & Lee University where she graduated cum laude with a B.A in Theater and Printmaking and a minor in Dance. During her time at Washington & Lee, she held numerous leadership positions in the arts and established and served as the Executive Director for (540) Productions, a site-specific theater company dedicated to fostering the performing arts in Rockbridge County, VA. She also worked with many talented individuals off-campus at Moscow Art Theater School, The Open Jar Institute and Rhode Island School of Design.
Following her sophomore year of college, Eileen spent a summer in New York City interning at Telsey + Company. She immediately fell in love with casting and has felt as if she’s found her perfect niche ever since.
Most recently, Eileen served as the location casting assistant on the fourth and final season of TURN: Washington’s Spies and is proud to work with a team of such kind, creative, intelligent and extraordinary women every day.
